New premises for SA Water Products

SA Water Products has a brand new premises in Dollar Drive. Celebrating its fifth business anniversary this year, the company had humble beginnings, operating from the garage of director Annelene Govender and her husband, Selvan's home.

Govender was a sales director at a previous company, which eventually closed down. This gave her an opportunity to take a step of faith and she opened SA Water Products in the year 2018.

Through God's grace, SA Water Products grew from strength to strength and stood tall throughout challenging times, such as the Covid-19 pandemic.

"Covid-19 hit and for two years our company stayed open. This is due to our kindness with our community work and putting God first in everything we do," Govender said.

It was thus a proud moment when they officially cut the ribbon at their new premises on Tuesday, 6 June.

"Due to the expansion of our business going into our fifth year, we had to move to a new premises based at 80 Dollar Drive. We want to encourage all the small businesses to take the leap of faith so they can also prosper in their business."

The company was established with the intent to provide leading industry products and services in the field of water supply, sewerage works and water reticulation.

SA Water Products specialises in the supply of water-related products in the domestic, commercial, agriculture, industrial and mining sectors. The company stocks an extensive and complete range of approved and recognised brands of products. These include a wide variety of PVC, steel and high-density polyethylene pipes, as well as fittings, water meters, valves, pumps, pipe couplings and jointing, as well as irrigation.
